Welcome and aloha! This service allows individuals to submit online applications for day use permits for access to Hawaii's Division of Forestry and Wildlife (DLNR) trails, access roads and restricted watersheds.

You must PRINT a copy of your permit in advance and have it in your possession at the location at all times. An additional copy of the permit must also be displayed on your vehicle dashboard when on the premises. You may also apply for permits in person at District Offices.

By purchasing a permit through this online service, you agree to pay a $2.50 online service provider processing fee for each permit purchased. The online service provider processing fee or any order handling fee is non-refundable, including in the event of natural disasters, emergency closures, etc. Additional refund policies may apply.
